Pond Services (uk) have over 40 years’ experience in water-gardening from small ponds to Large lakes and everything in between.
We piloted this service over a 12 month period with enormous success. In some cases you do not need someone to come out to your problem and if you are a DIY'er then with our knowledge and your skills together, we can diagnose the issue and help you fix it. If for any reason this is a bigger job and requires a site visit, then we can carry this out with our expert team of staff all around the UK.
How the HELPLINE SERVICE operates ?
The Helpline service is not available nor information given out until payment has been received into our account via PayPal ! This is a ONE OFF COST and you can call back again regarding the same problem with any additional costs to you.
To use our helpline service, follow the step by step guide below.
- 1. Payments - choose the "Telephone Helpline" option requiring a payment of £30.
- 2. Now click the button " BUY NOW " this will take you to our PayPal payment page.
- 3. Now complete all the information required.
- 4. At the bottom of the page you will see a “ check box ”,
(if you agree and are happy to pay) tick it.
- 5. Now click on the button " PAY NOW ".
- 6. This will notify us when your payment has been received.
- 7. You can now call us during office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).
