• Please add the information as requested below.
• You can add up to eight pictures in one email along with a brief description and information you think we would need.
• If you wish to send more than eight pictures, you can send two emails along with additional pictures if you need to.
• Take pictures of the garden access and width (depending on the work required, we may need a mini digger to get access).
• Add any other information, you think may help us in generating a quotation for you.
• Complete all boxes with information as requested.
• To help towards our time in creating a quotation for you we charge a nominal fee from £30 to £100 depending on what is required (click here)
• Once we have received your pictures and information, we will email confirmation.
• Once we have created the quotation to the information received, we will email out to you to browse over and then confirm you with to go ahead with the work as per the information we received.
• The payment is refunded if we are successful with our quotation.

Pond cleaning:-

• Take pictures from various angles.
• Measure the ponds approximate length, width and the approximate depth. The depth may vary, so please make sure you measure the deepest part.

New pond liner:
It is important to take pictures of the pond edging in addition to the pond itself, as pond edging varies from rustic stones set on, to concreted in.

Leaking pond:

• It maybe that there is a slight leak. We need to know the pond surface area, so approximate length and width.
• Over a 3 - 4 day period how far does it drop by.
• Have you let is just go down until it stops and at what point does it stop? (you may try, letting the water drain down until it stops and at what point is this, you don’t have to do this if you are unsure)

Filtration issues:
As fish grow and pond establish, you can develop water clarity issues, and your system may require attention. When taking pictures, make sure you get:-

• The inlet pipework.
• The outlet pipework.
• An internal from above.
• The water condition/clarity.

Green water/Blanket weed issues:

• Filter unit and make.
• How many fish and approx. size.
